The Traveler Escape MK-II Bass is ideal for the traveling player. This 32”-scale acoustic/electric travel bass is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Hybrid-Element preamp for playing directly into headphones or an amplifier. At 5 ¼” lbs. and 36” long, this bass is the only carry-on luggage you’ll need.

A: No, you can use conventional bass guitar strings, though we recommend using long scale strings for ease of installation. The Escape MK-II Bass comes equipped with D’Addario EXL170 Nickelplated Steel Round Wound Regular Light Electric Bass Strings.

Q: Can I place a strap on my guitar?
A: Yes, the Escape MK-II is equipped with two standard strap pins.

Q: Does the guitar have a truss-rod?
A: Yes, the Escape MK-II has a fully adjustable truss rod with easy access through the endcap.

A: The Escape MK-II Bass is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Element-Hybrid preamp/headphone amp for private listening.
