Traveler Guitar's Operating Hours

Traveler Guitar is open Monday through Friday, from 9am - 4:30pm Pacific Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays.

We ship Monday through Friday from our Southern California headquarters. Orders placed by 1pm California time Monday through Friday will ship the same day.


Shipping Policy

We ship Traveler Guitar products to select destinations so you can take your music wherever you go.

United States & APO/FPOWe offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International ShippingWe currently ship directly to select international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, Spain, and India.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level
  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country

USPS refused to deliver for no reason

"USPS stayed we had moved (witch we did not) and returned the package to CA. I've been waiting for this item for months from TG Chinese suppliers and when it finally arrived in FL is was returned without contacting me. I'm beyond disappointed as I travel the globe constantly with my EG1 and don't have a working Pick-up because 'm waiting on a new battery box."
